As the date gets closer, so does the anticipation for  the June 26th and 27th  reunion of Westwood Alumni from any and all class years at the Whispering Woods Hotel in Olive Branch, MS.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST NOTICE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BEFORE THE REUNION, so if you are planning to attend it is NOW TIME TO SEND US YOUR MONEY. Having done this for over 40 years and more than 4 reunions we know that some will always wait until the last minute to send your payment in. Well it is now the LAST MINUTE and we NEED YOUR CHECKS NOT LATER THAN JUNE 20TH.

As of this date we have 86 alumni who have indicated via RSVP or online registration that they will be in attendance. However, we have only received payments from 54. Of the 86 commitments we have most class years from ‘64 thru ‘75

For alumni for whom we do not have an email address (and we have a mailing address for them) they should have received earlier notices by mail and will be getting this notice as well.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
As of today there have been 18 rooms reserved at the hotel out of the block of 20 reserved at the special WHS rate of $80 per night (The regular rate is $109). If you are planning on staying at the hotel on either of the two nights you may want to make your reservations now. While we have a block of 20 rooms reserved at this rate we have no guarantee that we can get additional rooms at this special rate.  BE SURE TO MENTION THE SPECIAL WESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL RATE WHEN BOOKING YOUR RESERVATIONS

DVD OF ’63 FOOTBALL SEASON AND 20 YR AND 25 YR REUNION :
Some of you may not have been made aware of the fact that we have recovered the game films of the ’63 Football Season and have had them converted to DVD. We are making these available to those who are interested at a cost of $30 plus $5 S∓H. They will be available by mail by June 1st and will also be on sale at the reunion.  
We also have DVD’s of the 20-25 ∓ 40 year Class of ’64 reunions that will be available at a cost of $20 plus $5 S∓H. They will also be available at the reunion. If you are interested in any of these DVD’s let us know so we will have some idea of how many copies to make.
